METALFAB Engineering and Construction LLC (MFEC) is excited to announce that we have been awarded a key scope of Automated Pig Launchers and Receivers for ADNOC’s West to East Pipeline (WEP) for Crude Oil Project through ENPPI (Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries), the main EPC Contractor.
This ADNOC initiative is set to enhance the UAE’s Oil Trading Infrastructure, connecting the Jebel Dhanna (JD) Storage Facility in the West to the Fujairah Main Oil Terminal (MOT) in the East. With the introduction of new Pumping Stations at Habshan (Main Pumping Station) and Sweihan (Intermediate Pumping Station), this project will ensure efficient Pigging, Batching Operations, and Controlled Crude Oil Flow through the Pipeline from Jebel Dhanna to Fujairah Main Oil Terminal.
MFEC’s Scope includes:
- Batching, Contamination & Stimulation Study
- Design & Supply of Automated Pigging & Batching Pig Launchers
- Design & Supply of Multi Pig Receivers
- Supply of Unit Control Panels, HMI, Junction Boxes
- Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & Commissioning Assistance
